Intellectual Property Disputes
This 1.5-hour presentation will cover the following subjects:
What you don’t know about insurance coverage for IP disputes may be harmful to your economic health, may subject you to claims of malpractice (even if you don’t think your representation extends to insurance coverage), and may be a great disservice to your clients. Learn what the IP attorney needs to know about the basics of insurance coverage for IP disputes to protect himself/herself, and to properly represent his/her clients.
