September Meeting

WHEN: Thursday, September 9, 2010, 11:30 am to 2:00 pm
Lunch will begin at 11:30 am and end no later than 12:30 pm, with program to follow. We will strive to end lunch at noon to allow greater program flexibility.

TOPIC: What the IP Attorney Needs to Know About Insurance Coverage for
Intellectual Property Disputes
This 1.5-hour presentation will cover the following subjects:
What you don’t know about insurance coverage for IP disputes may be harmful to your economic health, may subject you to claims of malpractice (even if you don’t think your representation extends to insurance coverage), and may be a great disservice to your clients. Learn what the IP attorney needs to know about the basics of insurance coverage for IP disputes to protect himself/herself, and to properly represent his/her clients.

CLE: This course has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 1.5 total CLE hours instruction.
