WHEN: Thursday, March 08, 2012, 11:30 am to 2:00 pm

Lunch will begin at 11:30 am and end no later than 12:30 pm, with program to
follow. We will strive to end lunch at noon to allow greater program flexibility.

WHERE: The Athletic Club of Columbus, 136 E. Broad St.

TOPIC: European Attorneys Joachim Hock and Andreas Rutetzki will present "A foretaste of Post Grant Review – Strategies to Invalidate Patents in Europe, with a special emphasis on opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office", including the following topics:

          1. Opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office (EPO)
          2. Third parties observations
          3. Nullity proceedings in Germany
          4. Strategic considerations

CLE: Application is approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 1.5 general CLE hours
